Dexter Goei

Dexter Goei joined Altice in 2009, after working 15 years in investment banking. Dexter began his investment banking carrer with JP Morgan and joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 working in their Media & Communications Group. Over the years, Dexter has worked across all segments of the media industry in the US and EMEA region covering primarily cable, pay TV, broadcasting, Internet, content and gaming companies eventually becoming Co-Head of Morgan Stanley's European TMT Group. Dexter is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with cum laude honours.

Michel Combes
Chief Executive Officer

Michel Combes was CEO of Alcatel-Lucent, CEO of Vodafone Europe, Chairman and CEO of TDF as well as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of France Telecom. Michel Combes has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. He is 53 and he is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Paris Telecoms School.

Jérémie Bonnin
General Secretary

Jérémie Bonnin joined Altice in May 2005 as Corporate Finance director. Before joining Altice, Jérémie was a Manager in the Transaction Services department at KPMG where he worked extensively in the telecoms area. Since joining Altice, he has been significantly involved in virtually all of the transactions leading to the international expansion of Altice's footprint (in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Israel, Portugal, the Dominican Republic etc.). He has developed strong expertise in the negotiation and implementation of cross-border transactions and in financial management in the telecoms sector. He is an IT engineer and graduated from the Institut d’Informatique d’Entreprise. He also holds an accounting and finance degree.

Dennis Okhuljsen
Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Okhuijsen has joined Altice in September 2012 as the CFO for the Altice Group. Before joining Altice, he was the Treasurer for Liberty Global including since 2005. From 1993-1996 he was a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen. He joined UPC in 1996 where he was responsible for accounting, treasury and investor relations up to 2005. His experience includes raising and maintain non investment grade capital across both the loan markets as well as the bond market in many countries including Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Chili, Australia and the USA. He has raised an amount well in excess of USD 40bln over the years in the private and public markets. In his previous capacities he was also responsible for financial risk management, treasury and operational financing.

He holds a Master of Business Economics of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
